The future of the earth

People need more than air, food, and water: To be truly happy we must know the sense of life - we must know what we are living for. It is like Jesus said: “Happy are those conscious of their spiritual need" (Matthew 5:3).
God does not leave us alone with these needs but helps us through His Word, the Bible. It describes how God created the universe and all life on earth. Furthermore, the Bible says what God intended for the earth. You can read this in Psalms 37:29: "The righteous will possess the earth, And they will live forever on it".
According to this statement, God-fearing people live on earth, not in heaven. Of course, the earth will then no longer be a polluted planet. On the contrary, it will become a paradise everywhere.
In this paradise, all people will live in peace. This peace is only possible through
   1. "...the earth will certainly be filled with the knowledge of Jehovah..." (Isaiah 11:9)
   2. "This means everlasting life, their coming to know you, the only true God, and the one whom you sent, Jesus Christ." (John 17:3).

True Christians today already live according to this realization, so that peace and harmony reign among them. Most people can not believe in a paradise on earth. But the Bible speaks of it often:
   - "There will be an abundance of grain on the earth; On the top of the mountains, it will overflow..." (Psalms 72:16).
   - "For only the upright will reside in the earth, And the blameless will remain in it." (Proverbs 2:21).
   - "Happy are the mild-tempered since they will inherit the earth." (Matthew 5:5)
   - "And God himself will be with them. And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.” (Revelation 21:3,4).

These Bible texts clearly refer to a "paradise" on earth.
